Hello, my name is Tracy Burke, and I am the Office Manager in Steve’s agency.   I have been servicing State Farm customers since 1997.  I pride myself in providing a variety of property casualty products and services that can help protect your home, cars, and business.  I am also licensed in Life/Health to help you protect you, your family and business for sudden loss, unexpected illness and injuries. I believe in putting your needs first and provide you with a high level of professionalism to find the right plan for your needs.

I addition to helping our customers, in my free time I enjoy biking and gardening. I am a dog lover! With my husband, Chuck, we have raised 5 puppies for The Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation. 

Hi / Hola, my name is Roxsana Guevara, and I am a licensed insurance producer in our agency.  I am originally from New York and moved to Connecticut in 2003. I joined Steve’s team in July 2009.  I am bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.  I am licensed in Property/Casualty, Life Insurance, Health Insurance and Commercial Insurance.   Some of the areas that I can provide guidance in include car insurance, home insurance, business insurance, life insurance and health insurance.  I enjoy helping our customers with their insurance needs, making the process as smooth as possible and easy to understand. My goal is to build close relationships with customers and continue helping by providing the options to meet your insurance needs.  

I live in Connecticut with my husband, Javier and two children.  In my free time, I enjoy cooking, listening to music, dancing, traveling, and learning about different cultures.  

Hola, mi nombre es Roxsana Guevara, tengo licenciatura de seguros en nuestra agencia. Yo soy originalmente de Nueva York y me mude a Connecticut en el 2003. Me uní al equipo de trabajo de Steve en Julio del 2009. Yo soy bilingüe, en inglés y español. Tengo licencia de propiedades/accidentes, seguro de vida, seguro de salud/incapacidad y seguros comerciales. Algunas de las áreas en las que puedo brindar orientación incluyen seguros de carro, seguro de casas, seguro de negocios, seguro de vida y seguro de salud/incapacidad. Disfruto ayudar a nuestros clientes con sus necesidades de seguro, haciendo que el proceso sea lo más sencillo posible y fácil de entender. Mi meta es crear relaciones cercanas con nuestros clientes al proveerles las mejores soluciones para sus necesitades de seguros.

Yo vivo en Connecticut con mi esposo Javier y nuestros dos Hijos. En mi tiempo libre disfruto cocinar, escuchar música, bailar, viajar y aprender sobre diferentes culturas.

Hi / Hola, my name is Yaridza Morales and I am the agency's Customer Service Representative.  I have been servicing State Farm customers since 2008.  I pride myself in providing remarkable service, helping people manage their account payments, discounts, and service questions. 

 I was born in Puerto Rico and have lived in New York City, White Plains, Yonkers before settling in Connecticut.  I enjoy volunteering at Habitat for Humanity of Coastal Fairfield.  My favorite things to do outside of work is event planning and spending time with my family including my husband, Brian, two daughters and our family pets which include 2 dogs, bird and rabbit.

 Hola, mi nombre es Yaridza Morales y soy la representante de servicio al cliente. He estado sirviéndole a State Farm desde el 2008. Me enorgullece brindar un servicio extraordinario, ayudándole a personas administrar sus cuentas, pagos, descuentos y preguntas de servicio.
